Common questions
How do I cancel or manage Plus?
On the web: Profile → membership → billing portal. In the iOS app: your Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
I bought Plus but features are locked.
Make sure you are signed in with the same account you purchased with — the same email can exist under both Google and Apple sign-in as separate accounts. Signing out and back in with the original provider almost always fixes it.
How do family seats work?
A Lifetime member invites you by sharing a personal code from their Profile → Family Seats. Sign in with the email the invite was created for, open Profile → Family Seats, and enter the code. No password sharing is ever needed.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
In the app: Profile → Your account & data. Deleting erases your data, cancels web-billed subscriptions, and removes your sign-in account.
Why can't I hear narration on some books?
Narration covers the Bible (two translations), the Deuterocanon, the Qur'an, the Dhammapada, and the Bhagavad Gita, with more being recorded. Books without narration simply show no Listen button yet.
